主要由四個部份組成一個完整功能:
IPC-7351A LP Calculator
IPC-7351A LP Viewer
IPC-7351A LP Librarian
IPC-7351A LP Wizards
剛出來的版本有提供全部試用
這部分我有用過
可以直接選用零件庫
把零件下載直接套進零件庫用
非常迅速準確又方便!
不過目前有免費下載的只有Viewer...
裡面有各種Layout,繪圖軟體可以應用的零件庫
在主網上都有提供標準零件庫下載
要是不知道零件如何建立
可以參考標準size
我覺得很好用
因為這是美國協會的零件庫資料
所以要轉換成台灣可以用的話
PAD部分記得多加8~20mil
因為台灣的製程比較沒那嚜精密
精密的都不便宜
呵呵~~

IPC-7351, Generic Requirements for Surface Mount Design and Land Pattern Standard, relies on dynamic calculations that represent a change in the way land patterns are defined, developed, and categorized. It is published by IPC①ssociation Connecting Electronics Industries, a global trade association and standards developing organization.
The LP Calculator is a scaled down version of the LP Wizard, which won the DesignVision 2007 Award (PCB Design Tool category) at DesignCon. It calculates CAD library parts that comply with the latest IPC-7351 revision.
The tool relies on the data underlying the IPC standard, which includes fabrication, assembly and component tolerance-based mathematical algorithms. The LP Calculator computes values that are identical with those offered as library documentation to users of the IPC-7351 standard.

使用方式：
１。先安裝NET Framework Version 1.1 以後
２。把整個程式解壓縮後的資料夾放在Ｃ底下
３。先將要作業的PADS檔案打開（Layout /Route)
４。要開的時候直接點ｅｘｅ檔即可，或是直接放在開始功能底下
這個很適合初學不懂設定快捷指令的新手
不用按一堆指令比較輕鬆！
